If Muslims would never invaded Egypt,how would its technology and society would look like by 1400~

Its main influence before muslim invasion were hellenic culture sphere and there was religious tensions between old school christians centered in Alexandria and "imperial" proto orthodox in Constantinople as far as i know

Also should throw out to window giga rich and cultured Sasanian Iran and mega influencing Syrians with their writing language and sophistication
