Should I give it back?

I bought my second vehicle from Carvana about 3 weeks ago because my first experience went so well and I feel protected with the 100 day warranty. Long story short after 500 miles I took it into the dealership to figure out something. That something is leading to $16k of repairs and Carvana offered to take it back. I really want to keep the car. Should I push for them to repair it?
