AITA for not staying for an entire bachelorette?

I’m 24 and early in my career so I don’t make much money. However I am really good with budgeting and saving so that I can spend on experiences such as yearly travel. I was asked to be a bridesmaid last year and wasn’t expecting it to be such a financial burden. My friend is having a destination wedding, so I have already paid for international plane tickets / stay in another country, as well as dress etc.

The bachelorette is coming up in less than a month and today, prices were announced. The co-ed bachelorette, though only being an hour drive away, is a multi-day stay in a lavish air BNB, so just the stay ended up coming out to a few hundred, not including the activities and food for the weekend, so I’m sure the cost for the whole weekend is nearing $1k, which I cannot afford at the moment.

A couple months ago, I planned a trip that will be happening pretty soon after the bachelorette, so now I’m needing to save for that. I want to ask to compromise and just stay overnight one night to save, but I’m afraid of the impression it’ll give off that I’m going on a trip a week later. At the same time, I don’t think I should feel bad that I want to limit my spending in the area of this particular wedding, which would be costing me around 2k if I ended up staying the entire time at the bachelorette. I’m able to afford trips and travel on my own because I’m able to budget wisely and plan wisely, and I don’t think I should have to put my own personal plans on hold or feel bad for having other travel plans that limit my ability to spend so much on one person’s wedding. If anyone has thoughts, I’d love to hear.
