Ordered on 29th March — still no update, no response, nothing.

Order ID: 26032906382248

I placed an order with Culture Circle on 29th March for a Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio Parfum (100ml) worth ₹4,600, and I have already paid the full amount upfront. At the time, I had no idea about the kind of complaints people have been raising about them.

The last communication I received was on 11th April, and after that - complete radio silence. No replies to emails, no updates, nothing.

What’s even more concerning is that I’ve now come across multiple reports (including Reddit threads) about them allegedly sending fake perfumes. That seriously raises doubts about whether I’ll even receive a genuine product, if I receive anything at all.

I have all receipts, payment proof, and records of my conversations with them, along with order details.

I’ve already filed a formal complaint on the Consumer Forum, and I’ve consulted a close friend who is a lawyer regarding further legal action. If this is not resolved within the next 2 days - either by delivering the product or issuing a full refund - I am prepared to escalate this legally.

If anyone else is facing similar issues, please share your experience. This needs more visibility.
