3.0t rebuild wall of codes after

HELP! I’m actually at a breaking point. Just finished a total 3.0T rebuild and it’s throwing a wall of codes. I’m honestly devastated and need this car back on the road ASAP.

Fresh rebuild, now getting codes for Crank-cam position bank 1 sensor A (intermittent) , Injectors 4-6, Oil Pressure Regulation Valve (P164E00), and Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit (P01900) . I believe most of these are connected to one main bundle of wires from the ECU. Everything was fine before, must be a missed ground or pinched harness. Where do I look first?

I ran the rebuild for about 5 seconds it was idling rough 200-500rpm so i turned it off very early. Maybe that is why the cam-crank sensor is freaking out. I timed it corrrectly.
