Broken finger healed wrong?

age 17 I broke my finger wrestling this year and i i think it healed wrong but i didnt really do anything wrong the only thing i didnt do is wear this giant cast for my hand that essentially made my arm useless (it was only for protection i never hurt my finger while it was broken so i dont think thats the reason) i kept it taped and in a finger cast the doctors told me to take it off time to time to move my finger since it will be more stiff if i dont move it. After about maybe a round 2 weeks because it didnt really hurt anymore and i could move my finger decently well. after this injury ive noticed anytime i bend/curl my finger it gets slightly stiff and cracks to bend 1-2 times every time i curl the finger. its on and off and sometimes it will be there sometimes it wont
