Services resetting

I’ve spent weeks and weeks trying to get my city back, trying to get normal coins and omega coins to fix the mess EA left my city in, last week I finally fixed my capital city and yesterday I finally got my green valley city back to all services covered.

But since today’s update all of a sudden my main city doesn’t have full fire, police or drone coverage, and now my green city all of a sudden doesnt have enough regional coverage despite both of them being fine as of last night. Is this a bug for anyone else or does EA just mess with your coverage to make you spend more?
