I want to understand how many of you would pay to learn sales

I’ve been thinking a lot about how most people struggle with getting their first customer.

Not scaling, not funnels, not growth hacks — just the messy 0 → 1 phase where you’re figuring out who to sell to, what to say, and how to get someone to actually pay you. It feels like this part is mostly learned through random trial and error, and honestly, a lot of people just give up before it clicks.

For context — I’m a two-time founder, I’ve spent a lot of time doing go-to-market consulting, and I previously built and scaled my own agency before exiting. Right now, I’m building my next brand, and this problem keeps coming up over and over again in conversations.

I’m considering putting together a small cohort focused only on this. Something simple — maybe 12–15 weeks, one 2-hour session a week, very hands-on. The idea wouldn’t be to “teach sales” in a theoretical way, but to actually sit down and do the work: outreach, conversations, refining the pitch, dealing with rejection, and (ideally) getting to that first bit of revenue.

Before I go ahead and build anything, I wanted to ask:

If I actually ran something like this, how many of you would genuinely be interested in joining?

And more importantly — what’s an amount you would realistically be willing to pay for something like this, assuming it’s execution-heavy and not just lectures?

Not trying to sell anything right now. Just trying to figure out if this is something people actually want, or if I’m overthinking a problem that most people would rather just figure out on their own.
