Does pills can trigger migraines??

I had to start on pills because I didn't have another option, but I'm worried they might trigger my migraines. I already deal with migraines with aura, so taking pills makes me pretty anxious. Also, does body weight matters? I'm only 95lbs, how much dose should i start with
