Rant about Hypocritical senior engineers

I have been in Amazon since 3 years now, and having conflicts with senior engineers recently.

For most part, all are good, but there are a few encounters where people are super hypocrites and it’s not only that they won’t accept their mistakes, but actually try to turn all things on the other person and try to make the other person think that they are wrong themselves which is like a highschoolish thing to do.

IK I shouldn’t take it personally, but seriously, people who are much older than me doing such stuff annoys me a lot especially if others are being affected by what they are doing.

Atleast they can acknowledge what they are doing and shut the fuck up, let alone apologising. They don’t even justify what they are doing, Instead, they make it look like I am wrong here to only look like losers who think they can do anything.
