[Method Seeking] How to be 100% sure which personality I am?

Currently I am reading the book "Psychoanalytic Diagnosis" and feel very confused. Literally, I am like, "Okay, Chapter 7, psychopathic personality, emmmm, I think I am psychopathic now." Then Chapter 8, narcissistic personality, "Okay, I am narcissistic now".

Whichever chapter I was reading, I thought I could be that personality. I think I have all the traits of all the personalities. Though at the end of each chapter, Nancy would explain the differences between A personality and B\C\D personalities. I still can not be 100% percent sure which personality I personally am.
