Aerofit 2 or pro?

Hi everyone. I’ve been having ear pain and my doctor said my ear drums are damaged a little and it’s because of overusing AirPods for so long,long story short I shouldn’t put anything in my ear for at least a month and after that find something that doesn’t blast music right to my ear drums. I was searching and found these two interesting. If you have but one or both of them can you tell me about your experience. Which sounds better, which is better for long sessions, etc
