This is my first time playing a gacha game on launch day.

As I've said on the title, this is my first time playing a gacha game on launch day, so I don't really have any expectations on the amount of bugs and glitches because I'm sure it's gonna be there and the developers will fix it soon enough. It runs well on my phone (S25FE) so performance arent an issue for me (i think). But I do have expectations on the quality of the story, how it's being delivered (directing), and voice acting.

NOTE: I had only reached the main story part where MC and Mint reached the city for the first time. Perhaps its too early to judge but so far I'm abit dissapointed.

The animations are incredible, no doubt. But the voice acting, pacing of the dialogue between characters, left alot to be desire, atleast in the English voice pack. I will try out the Japanese voice tonight though.

To me, the dialogues and voice acting feels rushed and unnatural. Some characters feels over the top in their dialogue deliveries, some barely have any tone of voice. I'm no expert but it feels weird.

The direction of the main story feels... cheap. The city is under attack from some anomalous supernatural event/being and an organization is tasked to handle it. It's cool, it's interesting. But the direction of the story, how it's being told to the players feels janky and cheap, atleast to me.

I'm really interested in the settings, worldbuilding, characters, and story so I'm trying to find some answers whether what I'm experiencing is really the game or is it just bugs on the game or maybe my phone isnt running it as well as I thought. Perhaps I put too much expectations on the quality of the story and direction? My other gacha games are Hoyoverse (HI3, GI, HSR, ZZZ), IDV, Arknights, & Arknights: Enfield.

If you dont mind, please enlighten me, is this it? Or perhaps i should tough it out abut until it's actually good or maybe this game is just not for me?

If any of my experiences seemed different from what you experienced and you enjoy the game, good for you!! I really want to enjoy it too but so far, I'm not. (っ◞‸◟ c)

TLDR: First playing a gacha game on launch. Not vibing with how the story is delivered. Voice acting on the game feels unnatural. Wanted to like the game but so far it's not enjoyable.
