Where do I start with Indian music? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hi there, I'm Leo. I'm an Irish 18 year old musician, and I really enjoy learning and studying music I'm not used to listening to. I landed on Indian music because the raga system intrigued me, and I want to hear it in all of its glory. So I thought I might as well ask you guys!
Resources on Indian music theory would also be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to see what you all suggest!
