My spectrum mobile login keeps looping me back to the start

Anyone else dealing with this? My spectrum mobile login keeps looping me back to the start every time I put in my info, then it dumps me right back on the first screen like nothing happened. I tried on wifi and data, same thing. Is this a me problem or is their system just having a day?
