Someone let me know your views

I am selected in IIM Udaipur and I am waitlisted at 121 for IIM K , NC OBC Category. I have to confirm by paying 1 lakh for IIM U by 4th May. What do I do? Should I just pay and wait for IIM K or what? And when will the waitlist movement happen and when will I know if I got in or thrown out of the waitlist zone as well from IIM K?
