I’m not able to join any Aram/AAA Aram games

I created a new account and started playing only ranked and I got to masters II the account level is 50. I have no issues with joining pvp or ranked games, but for some reason no matter how long I spend waiting in the queue, I wouldn’t be matched with anyone.

Does anyone have a clue to what the problem might be?
