Headache with in-ear, which "earbuds" should I get?

Hi, I recently bought the CX80U, which I honestly think are perfect—except for one small detail... I get a small headache when I use them, after about 20–30 minutes. This is the first time I’ve used earbuds with rubber tips (in-ear? I think that’s what they’re called) “intensively,” and as much as I love them, I think I’ll set them aside. At the same time, though, I’d still like to get another Sennheiser product because I was impressed by the audio quality: which ones should I get, of the “ear buds" type? Like the Apple EarPods. I saw Accentum Open, but I want to know if there are other products, wireless or not is the same for me
