Said there were 10 offers and several over 2.2 million. I was ready to go 2.1 and backed off. Property just closed for 2.06 million with another KW advisors buyer side agent.

Ended up getting something else that suited me better luckily but what's the deal? Blatant lying on offer sizing and / or agent collusion.
