PC not connecting to wifi but all other devices work fine

shows "no internet, secured" when i connect it, i'm out of ideas and it's still unresolved

solutions attempted and did not work:

restarting wifi router

disconnecting then reconnecting cable on wifi router

disconnecting all devices

settings then reset network settings

forgetting and reconnecting to wifi

restarting pc

flushdns

shutting down and turning back on

shutting down waiting half a day and turning back on

disabling and reenabling drivers in device manager

reinstalling driver in device manager

swapping from public to private network then back

f2, f11 and f12 (and holding fn)

windows network troubleshoots don't show any errors

checking data limit settings

changing preferred band cycling three options

ip release, ip renew, ip flushdns

deleting firmware
