FuseAI review after 4 months
Been using fuseai for about four months as my primary outbound sales platform replacing a stack of apollo, instantly and a standalone dialer and wanted to write the review i wish existed when i was evaluating it because everything online was either a shill or a competitor hit piece.
The switch wasn't about any single feature, it was about the realization that my sdr was spending 25 minutes every morning configuring four separate tools before making her first call so that's 10+ hours a month of paid time spent on admin not selling. Fuseai puts contact data (800m+ contacts), email sequences, phone dialer, linkedin steps, domain warmup, visitor deanonymization and buying signals under one login at $119/seat.
Data quality surprised me with 91% email accuracy which dropped our bounce rate from 12% on apollo to under 7%. Direct dial connect rate sits around 71% which isn't zoominfo tier. The dialer audio is good enough that my team actually uses it which is more than i can say for apollo's builtin dialer
what's mid is the sequencing engine is functional but basic compared to outreach or salesloft. Linkedin steps are manual execute meaning the sequence tells you when and what but you still do it yourself. Contact database has gaps in niche verticals like manufacturing and healthcare where apollo and zoominfo have deeper coverage
Old stack costed $380/mo for two seats across four tools. Fuseai costs $238/mo for the same two seats and meetings booked per rep went from 6 to 8 per month which i'd split between more selling time and better data reducing wasted outreach
it's for small b2b sales teams of 2-5 sdrs running multi channel outbound without a dedicated revops person and not for teams with a technical ops person who can build clay workflows
happy to answer specific questions if anyone's evaluating
