Total Permanent Disability claim.

I had a claim for TPD on my super and it was accepted but they wont release the money because I dont have any identifiication documents. I dont know what to do next, the lawyers I was making the claim thru have gone silent and Im concerned they have made the claim got the money and run.

Im going to contact legal aid, but if anyone else has been in this position, I'd like to hear from you
