The description for Lethal Mark is misleading as it describes PDR reduction in the same way the 'Melt' perk does, but they don't work the same way.

For those that aren't aware, 'Lethal Mark' lowers the player's Physical Damage Reduction by lowering PDR by a factor of 85% (1-15%) from the players PDR as opposed to being a flat minus 15% PDR.

* i.e. 30% PDR would go down to 25.5% (30% x 0.85) for 8 seconds on a single target.

This is comparatively weak to what other classes have and is honestly underwhelming.

As a comparison to other classes:

Melt Perk (Wizard)

* Perk reduces Physical Damage Reduction **by a flat 15%** (not a factor of 85%) i.e. 30% PDR goes to 15%.
* It can last up to 4 seconds (with fire mastery).
* Applies as an AOE on multiple players (compared to Lethal Mark's single player application).

Shriek of Weakness (Bard)

* Lasts 18 seconds (compared to Lethal Mark's 8 seconds)
* Applies as an AOE on multiple players (compared to Lethal Mark's single player application).
* Applies through doors.
* Lowers PDR by a factor of 90% (1-10%), but also lowers Physical Damage by 5 and armor rating by 10.

**TLDR:** It's unclear whether Lethal Mark is working as intended because it has the same wording as 'Melt' which would indicate it should work like 'Melt'. Shriek of weakness is worded differently indicating the PDR reduction works differently.
