Need advice from experienced airline Pilots!

Hello, my daughter was a first officer in an indian airlines. She tested positive in post-flight ba. Otherwise her record is absolutely clean. What can be expected in future? She is planning to join FTO, become an instructor and build hours to get ATPL and try again in the airlines after some years of clean record. Any suggestions?
