The game is too addicting

Genuine question, for normal people isn't it hard to balance between playing and maintaining a life outside of the game, personally I play like 10 hrs a day but that's only cuz I'm a college student right now with no part time job. Meanwhile, alot of my ingame friends have jobs and some of them have wives even and I always wondered how they do it.

Is it just me or am I the only one struggling with progressing in the game and keeping up with my day to day life, it always felt like I can't be playing and have a life at the same time as its always has been a choice between the two
