how to deal with agonizing wait for HRT?

nearly 2 months ago i (19f) realized i was trans, and i was going to start HRT 2 weeks ago but when i came out to my parents over the phone (they live overseas) a month ago they did not take it well and forbade me from starting HRT, so I had my doctor not write my prescription yet. I'm visiting my family over the summer and once I come back around mid july I will start HRT regardless of whether I convince them or not. but the wait just feels so long and agonizing. my dysphoria has been getting worse recently and I don't know what to do
