I feel like I have HIV. Advice?

So about three days ago my throat started bothering me. Then yesterday it got terrible. I couldn’t even swallow. Only on my left side, with super sore lymph nodes. Got tested for strep, negative. Then, tonight, my gums swelled up on that same side and there’s weird bumps on the roof of my mouth, also on that side. My stomach has also been upset the last few days. My throat and lymph nodes are still irritated. I last had sex in February, unprotected obviously. He had only been with one girl for four years so my dumbass thought I was safe. Anyway, I can’t test right now because my schedule is genuinely packed. Does this sound like HIV.
