Which approch is best for building app?

I wanna build an study planner app that can provide students with actually reliable daily and time based study plans to complete their syllabus and goals. I want it to adapt to the student's scenario and his capabilities and provide him with a executable plan. also this app include features like schedule manager, kanban board and a progress tracker. so i want to build this app production ready with ai. I am not very good at coding but i understand the basic logics. I have a budget of 100 dollars and finish this project within a month. So which ai subscription will be the best suitable approach in my case? should i go with claude code, openai codex, cursor, lovable, opencode or other options??? Please give me a reliable roadmap so that i can finish this project effectively and cost efficiently.
