Running out of things to watch again

Hi! Pretty self-explanatory, I am getting desperate for good stories again after a long time of always knowing what to watch. I am looking for an anime that has an overarcing story and characters to get invested in, but one that is not too depressing. I don´t mind a dark story, but it needs to be balanced with some humor and lighter moments (So basically not AoT).

Something along the lines of the following:

- Baccano/Durarara
- Chainsaw Man
- Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans
- Code Geass
- Re:Zero
- Overlord
- Bungo Stray Dogs S1
- Witch Hat Atelier
- Death Note (Classic)
- Great Pretender
