Will the removal of the lucky banner cause a depression in the game?

Consider - we've had a very rocky month, in game. Patch 28, the rapid disco changes. But when this disappears, later today... how many players will suddenly look at their mods and start thinking "Back to pity pulls again"?

Because frankly, I am, and it's really not motivating.
