Leather 1pcs suit for thin guys

The off-the-shelf suit I've tried all seem to account for a beer belly, which I dont have, so there's way too much materal in the belly area which feels really awkward.

The Salesman even brought up how my "unusually thin waist for a guy makes it difficult".

Looking for recommendations for suits that are cut for "thin" people.

Or do I just go straight for custom fit?

I'm 175cm tall,

Hip and chest ~95cm

Waist ~75cm
