The inconsistency of Carol: nice in Phantom Liberty, mean in the finale.

I have a question: what do you think about Carol? I’m not a fan of hers. I get the impression she doesn't like us, even though she seems nice when she calls regarding Panam or when we call her for help after choosing Reed with the bomb. However, in the Aldecaldos ending, her attitude changes completely and she acts straight up mean to us.
