[FIX] How to change UI Scale on PC (even with encrypted configs)

Hi everyone! If the UI in Neverness to Everness is way too big and takes up half your screen, here is a quick fix for PC.

Even though the developers encrypted the config files, the Unreal Engine 5 parser still reads plain text appended to the end of the file.

1. Navigate to: %LOCALAPPDATA%\HT\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini
2. Open it with Notepad, scroll to the very bottom, and paste this:

Ini, TOML

[/Script/Engine.UserInterfaceSettings]
ApplicationScale=0.75

(You can change 0.75 to 0.6 or 0.8 depending on your preference).

1. Save the file, right-click it -> Properties, and check "Read-only".

This only changes the UI/HUD scale and does NOT affect your render resolution or image quality. Tested and working!
