Idk how to think anymore

I just had some za cause I didn’t feel great and decided to look online about learning to study better. As I did I became more and more high and went down a rabbit hole of learning how to study, then get less lazy, and then learning how to reprogram how I see things and loving, and down to the most basic of level I learned that I’m thinking about living, choosing, spending time, and how I should look at absolutely everything. I’m probably rambling but I’m now sure I spent my entire life thinking wrong
