Alarm didn't go off. Is it possible?

Yesterday I set up a night alarm at 3am to take a pill, directly from the watch (bip u pro). It was not connected to my phone that had Bluetooth off.

I'm a very light sleeper, so it's extremely unlikely that I didn't feel it, even because it goes off every 10 minutes if you don't switch it off.

Also the pill was still there in the morning, so no chances it went off, I took the pill and I forgot.

Is it possible that the alarm didn't go off? What could be the problem? Now I feel like not relying on it anymore
