Where to buy cheap Manga Books for collection?

Hi! I’m from the Philippines and I’ve recently started collecting manga from different countries I visit.

For example, when I went to Vietnam, I bought manga in Vietnamese. If I go to Thailand, I try to get Thai versions, etc. (For souvenirs and planning to learn language)

Now I also want to collect English-translated manga, but I’m looking for cheap online shops that ship internationally.

Any recommendations? Preferably sites with good prices

Thanks!
