normal t4 and t3 but high tsh

can someone help me understand these results

2024 tsh: 3.4 free t4: .88

march 2026 tsh: 5.9 didn’t get anything else tested

april 2026: tsh: 4.44 free t4: 1.3 free t3: 3.9

i just don’t get how my t4 is even gighter and my t3 is normal yet my tsh is high. is this signs of hashimotos? it runs in the family

i also have low vit d (11 🥲) and low ferritin
