When are iift results going to be results?

Hey so I got a convert from iimu. And they are asking me to pay one lakh by 4th may to accept the offer. But if i get into iift delhi or kolkata i don't want to go for iimu since both are tier 1. So are they going to release results before that? If not what to do?
