Anybody else have several projects on the go at once?

Question

I struggle with this a lot...

So First off I'm writing a novella series that I first had a root idea for when I was a child (inspired by an item at a grocery store no less!)

Then I got another idea for a story about a rich college boy who befriends an orphaned lesbian, some details in between that I won't name, but she ends up in trouble, and he gets disowned for helping her through it.

And most recently I got an idea for a sort of love story between a a psychologist who can see ghosts, and a non-binary spirit who isn't dead, but because they're comatose their mother is trying to arrange for someone to impregnant them while they're unconscious.

And I'm sitting there wondering how much more I can cram into my head for plotlines before my head explodes or I get the characters mixed up or the time lines confused, ya know?

Just wonder if anyone else sometimes feels like they've got 12 trains leaving the station in eight different directions at once. Aside from writing everything down in separate documents, how do you keep it all tidy on paper?
