Will 7ft high tide be unwalkable (Cannon Beach, Hug Point, Arcadia)

A few friends and I are planning some nights at the beach with night walks, a nice fire, s’mores, and etc. Some of the tide charts I’m seeing are 7-10ft high tides in the evening. Will that hit the vegetation/sea wall/entrance around these areas?
