Reload (f5 or ctrl=f5 or reload button) doesn't load unloaded pages when multiple tabs are selected.

when opening firefox and having multiple tabs open and firefox is lazy loading pages, I want to load multiple pages by selecting many tabs with shift and pressing f5. In older versions (maybe one or two older) of firefox all pages loaded. Now the unloaded pages don't.

How do I change that to the older behavior?
