23 yr old male with lipoprotein of 835 nmol/L. Slightly freaking out.
Hey! I recently had full testing done it says I’m at risk for cardiovascular disease (genetic)
I’m slightly freaking out since my Lp(a): 835 nmol/L, LDL: 3.14, HDL: 1.75 and Triglycerides: 0.73. These seem way too high for my age.
Is this something to be really stressed about and what can I do to lower the risk of cardiovascular disease?
Thanks in advance!
