Need upgrade help for commander decks

I can’t seem to keep up with my friends when we play. Truth be told it’s likely in part user error. But I have three decks that would benefit from some mindful upgrading. I’m not super knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff so I’d really appreciate some +/- recommendations. (Mostly budget friendly if possible. I know how this goes.)

Here are my deck lists:

The First Sliver

Admiral Brass, Unsinkable (Ahoy Matey’s precon with some changes)

Auntie Ool, Cursewretch (Blight Curse precon with some changes)

Thanks in advance for any help
