Rat Escaped

Okay so i recently got 2 new rats to add to my mischief and i i’ve been doing introductions today. One of my rats, Reign, has been very skittish around me and her cage mate. i’m not sure why when i hold her she’s fine but she’s escaped free roaming and their cage multiple times. Basically I was transferring them to their medium cage (carrier method) and reign got out while i had the door open. i couldn’t find her for the first hour so i just closed all the doors in my apartment and hoped she would come out when it was quiet. she did which is great but now she’s in a spot where i can get to her (she’s under my big cage). I don’t really know what to do whenever i get close she runs away.

So if anyone knows how i can get her to a safe area or convince her to come closer to me i would appreciate it.
