Purdue vs UCSB for Electrical Engineering

I got into both for ECE. I have heard that both are really good colleges but I am having trouble deciding.

I am an international student. What matters to me is:

-Quality of the engineering programs

-Internships at any big tech corporations

-Job placements

-Social life

I already know that the location of UCSB with regard to weather and vibes is much better. UCSB is also known for having good connections in the industry. But I also found out that Purdue’s ECE is considered one of the best in the world.

Could you guys give me some insights to decide between the two?
