positive stories for pcos& letrozole cycles?

On my 6th cycle of letrozole 2.5 & 2nd cycle of metformin. Some cycles i ovulate even w letrozole and other times size doesnt grow as much. Looking to see if anyone had positive outcomes and if there’s anything else i can do! 🥹🥹🥲🥲
