What salary should I expect for Working Capital Associate at PwC AC Kolkata

Hi everyone,

I recently got approached for a Working Capital Associate (Cash & Billing) role at PwC AC Kolkata and wanted to understand the fair salary range.

My profile:

~1.4 years experience in AR / O2C (SAP)

Currently at ~2.1 LPA (in-hand ~12–13k/month)

Have an offer of 4.3 LPA from another company

The role involves billing, collections, working capital reporting, and stakeholder interaction (partners/managers).

What would be a realistic salary range I should ask for in Big4 (especially Kolkata)?

Also, how much hike do they usually give in such cases?

Would really appreciate insights from anyone in Big4 or similar roles 🙏
