Huge Drop in Pinterest Traffic

From last 3 days, my Pinterest account's reach has dropped drastically. I was getting around 18K impressions and around 300-350 outbound clicks a day, but from last 3 days my impressions have gone below 10K and outbounds clicks have dropped to less than 100 per day.

Day before yesterday - 9K impressions & 100 outbound clicks
Yesterday - 6K impressions and 90 outbound clicks
Today I don't even think it will cross 4K impressions.

I don't think its normal. It literally happened overnight.

The worst thing is, all my content is 100% human-written and I even create all the pins myself without using AI. To see AI content doing really well and actual human creators like me getting suppressed is really depressing.

Anyone experiencing this same thing? How should I go about it?
