Sometimes in the shower I stand under the water and wonder if enough time and enough scrubbing has exfoliated your touch from my skin. If this is finally a body that you haven’t touched. How long will it be before your only remaining prints are on my mind and heart? How many more therapy sessions will it take before I can scrub those off of me as well?
