I think my friend found out I wear a chastity cage

So today I was working and had my chastity cage on underneath my male clothes when I was talking to a really close female friend of mine and I asked her a question and she laughed and walked away thinking I wasn’t serious. That’s when I grabbed her shirt and pulled her back and she lost her footing and fell into me while still standing and my cage most definitely rubbed into her butt as she fell back. She got up I let go quickly, and she laughed and grinned and asked what that was. I said my phone, which she didn’t believe, and I just said it again, and she gave me a "yeah, right" smile and walked away. I’m not sure if this friend even knows what it is and we have openly talked about sexual topics before I just never brought up my sissy side or my chastity cage. We have a big friend group who I know wouldn’t judge I’m just not ready to open up about all of who I am yet. Should I ask her if she knows what it was or should I even bring it up? I'm afraid of her thinking it was me digging into her as I don't want her to feel weird.
